You are buying a made in 1914 EMERALD GREEN CLOVER pattern toothpick holder. This piece is etched A.P. 1914 on upper 1/3. I have not identified the maker of this piece a few likely makers would be McKEE, U.S.Glass, Higbee, etc. This is a pressed glass and like any pressed glass there may be mold marks, tiny bubbles, straw marks, etc. and has a gold decorated top rim and clover. The condition is very good no chips or cracks, no repairs, no cloudiness/sick glass, just some gold wear expected for a 100+ year old piece. Some of the clover has more fading than others.
