This is a vintage 1980s plastic tee shirt clip, solid red with star-shaped silver indents that give the appearance of rhinestones. Made in Taiwan, it measures just under 3" in diameter. These slider style rings could be used for scarves as well as t-shirts; I've included a random internet photo to show how they were worn with a tee. This one belonged to my aunt and I've had it in a drawer for all these decades. It is in excellent condition, shows no signs of wear or damage, looks great. Totally tubular. Bitchin', even.
