The base and cover is Harvest Gold and the strainer is white. The divider is included but is missing one of the feet as pictured. The length of the base is approximately 11 inches, the width is approximately 8 inches and the depth is approximately 2 1/2 inches. It has two handles. The length of the steamer/strainer is approximately 10 1/4 inches, the width is approximately 7 1/2 inches and the depth is approximately 2 inches. It has holes on the bottom. The length of the top is approximately 10 1/2 inches, the width is approximately 7 3/8 inches and the depth is approximately 1 1/2 inches. It has a handle on the top. The steamer has been used and is in very good condition. The divider is missing one of the prongs on the bottom. It comes from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
