Original belt missing. I have replaced with a ribbon. Skirt flares to fullness at hem. Inverted box pleat on left side of skirt, with a contrast panel of the white and brown stripe. Button and bow detail. Right side pocket. Side metal zipper. In exceptionally nice vintage condition. No damage.
