70s Plaza petites beige color blouse with micro accordion pleat front torso, balloon sleeves with elastic at the wrist and a coordinating cord to tie and give your waist a little bit of definition. There is no fabric content tag, but my money is on it being polyester. The floral print is in teal and rust along with other shades of brown. Very 70s. Laying flat measures 23 inches shoulder to hem and 16 inches armpit to armpit. It?s featured on my size medium dress form where it fits well because the micro pleats give a little flexibility to the bust area. I don?t think it would work for a larger size, but would also fit a size small well
