Ornate And I Believe Hand Painted. This Clock Has Been Sitting On My Night Stand For Years. This Clock, At The time Is working As shown in video
Pre-Owned Condition- There Is A Chip On The Top Yellow Flower. The Bottom is missing one complete felt pad and the other bottom has NO pad at all. The Plug, Is Cracked and Should be replaced- I Have been using as pictured. Typical Scuffs Scrapes For It's Age. The Clock, When Plugged In Runs But Has A "Humming-Churning" Noise. Might be able to hear in video.
