This is a beautiful necklace made from genuine turquoise nuggets and sterling silver. The beads ranges 24 - 34 mm and have dark spider vine and brown spots, there's one bead even has quartz inclusions. Beads are polished river pebble style. Necklace is 19.5 inches long when open and weighs a nice 148.3 grams. The beads are natural and appear to be Chinese Hubei origin. The neck wire and beads are unsigned but both tested sterling silver content. Estimated from 1950s. The beads were originally knotted on cotton wire that were frayed and I have replaced with modern coated metal wire and crimp. Great condition, ready to wear.
