SOMETHING COOL TO SHOW OFF IN YOUR MCM STYLE HOME! IF YOU LIKE VINTAGE 1960's ELECTRONICS WITH THAT "RETRO" LOOK AND FEEL...THIS IS FOR YOU. Granco Multiplex HIFI model 809. This model was way before it's time and was a HIGH END electronic. TEAK BODY, SILVER SPARKLE SPEAKERS, and METAL FACE. The speakers fit into the sides and held in place by a screw on the underside. To remove simply remove the screw then pull the speakers out using the aluminum knob in the middle of each speaker......pretty neat! Condition: Works. I am able to tune in multiple stations. All knobs rotate with no issues. The back cover is in good shape as seen in pictures. The cabinet has some scuff marks and marks on the top. The power cord is in good shape with no shorts. It takes a little time to tune in a station and set the volume so the insides could use a little cleaning. Once set it plays. One of the knobs is a replacement but it is very hard to tell. Each speaker wire has some electrical tape. I wasnt able to test the phono function as I dont have a turn table. It will need a little work to sound just like new. 20 1/4" wide, 8" tall, 8" wide These HIGH END vintage radios are highly collectable and are getting harder to find online. It will be protected well and insured. I cannot ship this to a PO box if you are in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zones. WILL NOT LAST....I REALLY HATE TO BE LETTING THIS ONE GO.
