It is marked a size L, but more like a modern American size XS / S.
Hand crocheted / hand crocheted in Shanghai China.
I'm guessing it dates to the 60's / early 70's.
100% cotton.
Off white.
Openwork crochet.
Scalloped edging.
Crochet covered buttons down front.
Tiny cap sleeves.
Wide border at hem in pineapple crochet motif design.
?Such a sweet little top to pop over a cami or slip dress.
In excellent vintage condition - near pristine. No spots, no damage, no broken stitches. Immaculately clean.

MEASUREMENTS taken laid flat, side to side.
