This is a hand-painted pink rose design with a gold lattice pattern and gold rim vanity pin tray or butter dish, rectangle shape made in France. It has raised blue enamel dots around the flowers that make them stand out, very pretty. It does have a maker's mark, but I don't recognize it. It measures approximately 5 1/2" by 3 1/4" it is 1/2" deep. The lady I purchased everything from had lots of individual standalone pieces she purchased from antique stores, but she also had a home kiln that she made items with and then got together with friends and painted the pieces.
