The item is an original work of art hand painted watercolor painting of Jerusalem in Israel (see photos). The painting is painted on paper under glass with a nice carved wood gold toned picture frame (see photos). The painting is signed by the artist: Tuvia Kurtz and dates to 1976 (see photos). The item is from an estate liquidation (see photos). The painting in total framed measures about 16.5 inches high and it is about 13.75 inches wide. The painting portion not including the picture frame measures about 13.5 inches high and it is about 11 inches wide. There is some glare and some shadows reflecting off of the glass that is visible in the photographs. The picture frame has some wear. The painting has been protected under glass and it is in good condition (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
