It is in very good condition, with some wear at the edges, and some yellowing from age. I am unsure of the actual age of the piece, but I believe that it dates to 1938. It was torn from a magazine, but I do not know what publication it is from. It is 11" top to bottom, and 8.5" side to side, and opens up to 17" from side to side. It is a nice vintage piece, and great for anyone interested in airplanes, and simply a wonderful piece of history.
