Situations easily fixable by contacting us for help... 1) Shipping damage; contact us with photo(s) of the damage, then we can work on resolving the situation. 2) Order pulled wrong; contact us with the UPC or part number of what you did receive. 3) Defectives are very rare and handled as warranty by manufacturer, supplier or seller. 4) New items are typically warranted by the manufacturer or supplier, often contact information is on the packaging or user's manual.
