This is a vintage porcelain figurine by Treasure Masters, a little girl sitting on a bench with a bird in her hands and another by her side. Made in Korea, it measures about 3.5" tall, just under 2.75" across, and 2" deep. It doesn't have the foil sticker on the bottom anymore; it is stamped TWR-138. Condition is excellent, no issues or flaws at all. Asking $4.00 obo.
