The last 30 pages or so have some light waviness (see pictures). Pages 69-80 have tiny nicks / tears on the bottom edges. Page 79/80 also has a larger area of creasing (see picture). The back cover has a small scuff / area of wear near the bottom right corner. The covers have some light wear wear elsewhere. Still lots of life left. See pictures for more details.
