When we set out to design our own line of silicone tools, we stayed true to the "function first" philosophy of our founder, Chuck Williams. Our silicone whisk is great for whipping cream, beating egg whites and stirring marinades and sauces. The heat-resistant silicone-coated wires quickly aerate ingredients without scratching bakeware or pans. Silicone-coated wires prevent sticking and scratching.
