Descripción del Artículo

This is a Yogi Berra Figure and a Mike Milbury Bobblehead. Please see my photos for a better idea of the state of the item. Please let me know if you have any questions or want more pictures! Yogi Berra (1925?2015) was a legendary Major League Baseball catcher, coach, and manager best known for his 18 seasons with the New York Yankees. A 10-time World Series champion and 3-time American League MVP, Berra was celebrated for his clutch hitting, defensive skill, and leadership both on and off the field. He also served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, participating in the D-Day invasion before beginning his baseball career. Beyond his athletic achievements, Berra became a cultural icon thanks to his humorous and often paradoxical sayings, known as ?Yogi-isms,? like ?It ain?t over ?til it?s over.? Inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1972, he remains one of the most beloved figures in baseball history. Mike Milbury (born June 17, 1952, in Brighton, MA) is a former NHL defenseman, coach, general manager, and long?time broadcaster. After starring at Colgate University, he joined the Boston Bruins in 1976 and became known for his gritty, hard?hitting style?helping the team reach the Stanley Cup Finals in 1977 and 1978 while racking up over 200 penalty minutes in multiple seasons ([en.wikipedia.org][1]). Following his playing career, he quickly transitioned into coaching, leading the Bruins to the Presidents' Trophy and a Finals appearance in 1990, then later took on both coaching and GM roles with the New York Islanders, where his management tenure drew mixed reviews . In 2007, Milbury began a broadcasting career as a studio analyst and color commentator for NHL coverage on NBC (and earlier on ESPN, TSN, and CBC), continuing until 2021 despite controversy surrounding some of his on-air remarks.
