Photographs of used or unique, non-production items will be of the actual piece you will receive. Additional photos may be available upon request (prior to purchase) – allow 1-3 days. While I try to provide my own photos for all items, it may be necessary to use stock photos from the manufacturer therefore, variations in color and finish of the item(s) you receive should be expected.

RETURNS:
If there are any problems with your purchase what-so-ever (including damage sustained while in transit) please contact me through the Bonanza message system within 48 hours of documented delivery so I may have the opportunity to work with you to reach an appropriate and amicable solution.

Authorized Returns are accepted within 14 days of documented delivery to you, the buyer, for items Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) only.

SNAD items must be returned to me (the seller) at your (the buyer) expense within 14 days of documented delivery in the same packaging and condition as was shipped.

Applicable refunds for Authorized Returns will be remitted if the item is received within the aforementioned 14 day period and in specified condition. No returns are accepted or refunds given after 14 days.
