Descripción del Artículo

(internal #S-320-190) FOSSIL SHARK TOOTH. This is a 15/16" long (measured on the slant longest side), hemipristis fossil shark tooth (coloring is natural from fossilizing in this color of sediment); solid specimen with SILVER wire as pendant for a guy or gal (none of our teeth are repaired or restored, these are fully natural). THIS IS A LOWER TOOTH, SO IT IS NARROW, WITH THE DISTINCT BUMP IN THE CENTER OF THE ROOT. THIS IS EXACTLY THE ITEM YOU WOULD RECEIVE. Thought to be extinct, the Hemipristis (snaggle tooth), a rare shark species, has now been found in the Indio Pacific deep waters. It grows up to 8 feet long. The teeth are notched and deeply serrated on both sides with a high bump in the center, teeth found up to 1-7/8" long. Click on my Store tag for similar items.
