(internal #S330-7) You are bidding on an excellent specimen of fossil lemon shark tooth. Tooth is between 7/8 and 1" long. This is exactly the tooth you would receive. Chose to have wired as a pendant with gold tone or silver tone wire (specify you choice in e-mail via), comes with a 20" black suede necklace. Measurement with flexible ruler from tip, along longest side, to top of longest root.
FOSSIL LEMON SHARK TOOTH
Distinctive Capital "T" shaped teeth up to 1-1/4" long. A sluggish shark that can live in high temperatures or low oxygen. A shallow feeder, tolerant of life in captivity for public viewing or scientific research. The lemon shark eats whatever can't evade its jaws. It is named for the lemon yellow color, it grows to 11 feet long.

Age: 10-13 million years old (Miocene Era, 23 to 5 million years ago).
