David Yupanqui Jr. is the founder of the Yupanqui Pepper brand. Although he belongs to an Inca lineage, he is a Peruvian farmer. He migrated with his family to Ecuador, taking his peppercorn seeds to reproduce them in the tropics using his ancestral techniques. The result was surprising.
