this big solid Australian Semi Black (Darker body tone) opal!
Its body is kind of Toffee/Caramel color - please also see photo of the body color against the light (Toffee/caramel color)
the opal thick and well rounded - usually darker opals are thin slices/cuts and of irregular shapes, but this one is thick and very well rounded!
there is no cracks, no crazing, no damages to the opal!
it produces many different fiery Neon colors as you rotate it under the light!
the stone is bezel set - bezel Setting is always the best to protect the gem from all of the sides!
in excellent condition with only very minimal wear to the gold!
the ring well made! the band is thick! crafted in solid 14k yellow gold (hallmark 14k and tested). It is vintage item - Arts and Crafts period or post A C.
comes in a ring case and can be gifted immediately!
